Almond Flour Protein Muffins

(Paleo, low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free)

Paleo (ish) Muffins- Great for quick and easy POST-WORKOUT refuel


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops high quality protein powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup (approx.) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • liquid stevia to preference
  • pinch of sea salt


Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in muffin tins for 12-15min!
