(Paleo, low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free)
Paleo (ish) Muffins- Great for quick and easy POST-WORKOUT refuel
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops high quality protein powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup (approx.) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp baking soda
- liquid stevia to preference
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in muffin tins for 12-15min!
