A Letter From Tiffany:
It is a true honor and privilege to support others in the area of health and nutrition. Quality of life is so deeply connected to what we put into our bodies everyday. Today’s society is fast paced, and the high demand lifestyle has made it difficult for us to slow down, preventing good life choices. The opportunistic food industry has clouded our judgment and omits essential truths that now affect many generations in our family.
My health journey began when my mother was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 14 years old. I set out to learn as much as I could, determined to help her in some way, when all her doctors have seemed to fail her. I was determined to thrive, not just survive, and knew my calling was to help those around me to do the same. Being a “health conscious” inspired daughter and now a mother myself, I began my wellness career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. As years went by, from the outside I looked healthy, but on the inside, I knew something was horribly wrong. Somedays not able to get out of bed, I felt lost and helpless, because I worked so hard to do ‘everything right’, and at the same time, I just was not well.
In 2009 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and multiple food allergies. This further ignited my passion for answers through research and education. I embraced the necessary changes; diving into natural approaches and further education. I was able to apply the deep-rooted truths of human health and nutrition, and quickly transformed my own quality of life and healing.
The answers I found were not in headline stories or off the bestsellers lists; but through research and experience of whole food living and a natural remedies. It was through the support of naturopathic doctors, integrative medical mentors, and my educational endeavors that have empowered me to thrive in my particular circumstances. I have learned to embrace the challenges that life can bring, and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the right food and bio-individualized supplementation can truly be our medicine.
I now use my education and experience as an opportunity to share answers by providing guidance, support, accountability, and knowledge with others who experience anything less than feeling amazing and loving every part of themselves. I know this is my life’s purpose and I am dedicated to leading the path of an empowered wellness journey with others.
Love Much, Laugh Often, and Eat Well.
