I chose “Appetizers and Entertaining” for the May class at Kitchen Kitchen, because this is the single most common question I get from NON-celiacs. What the heck can they bring to a get together mixed with people who can and can’t eat Gluten… what is going to taste really good?! Sound familiar?

You may be are aware that some friends and family have an allergy or sensitivity to Gluten, and want to make sure what you bring at a get together is safe AND yummy! Hey- let’s make it healthy to boot!!
